Sal DeLuca

Chief Financial Officer

Sal has 20+ years of business, accounting and finance experience across a broad range of industries, including nine years with two professional services organizations. Prior to ISM, Sal spent several years working for two different technology-focused start-up companies as their CFO, responsible for raising over $50 million in venture capital and overseeing all financial and operational functions. He has in-depth knowledge of systems, procedures and internal policies and how to successfully apply them across an enterprise.

At ISM, in addition to overseeing the accounting and financial aspects on all accounts, Sal has also applied his extensive analytic and business modeling skills to a wide array of clients including Harley-Davidson, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Emirates and others. Sal started his career for the public accounting firm Deloitte & Touche, where he grew to Sr. Auditor. He has held the positions of Controller and CFO for Acentech and SeaChange. Sal has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Boston College, along with an MBA from Bentley College. He received his CPA in 1988.
