Melissa is, first and foremost, a people person. And she’s only looking for people who bring razor sharp thinking to the table. Melissa focuses on the strategic attraction, retention and utilization of talent at ISM. This includes recruitment, training, performance management, organizational development, process effectiveness, and much more. But most of all, she’s responsible for creating the focused, nimble teams at the heart of ISM.

Before joining ISM, Melissa was Vice President and Director of Human Resources for Carat, overseeing Boston and several of their other offices. Melissa’s experience also includes HR positions with prominent Boston companies including Hill Holliday and Ropes & Gray.
